Gingersnaps
2 ¼ Cup Flour
1 Cup Brown Sugar
¾ Cup Butter
¼ Cup Molasses
1 Egg
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. cinnamon
½ tsp. ground cloves
Mix half the flour and all other ingredients until combined. Add remaining flour until combined. Shape dough into one inch balls and roll in sugar to cook.
Bake at 350 for 10 minutes. tops will be cracked.
